The Artisan Grain Collaborative (AGC) seeks an entrepreneurial and
collaborative Coordinator passionate about creating a regional food system.
The Artisan Grain Collaborative consists of over 40 Midwest organizations,
from farmers to James Beard award-wining bakers, working to bring Midwest
grain staples into the local food movement. The AGC supports the regional
grain economy by mobilizing diverse partners to build a regional grains
cluster by educating farmers, professional kitchens, colleges, and the public
on the benefit of whole grain nutrition cultivated through diverse crop
rotations.
The Coordinator will guide AGC through its next generation of growth and
support the work of collaborative members. Applicants should expect to be
located in the Midwest.
