Looking for someone to sublease my room on Lilac Ave from mid-May to Aug 15, 2019!
Pros:
- Super nice location, walkable distance to Wilson Hall, MSU stadium, and Brody Hall.
- Close to route 20 and 39.
- A free parking lot and several free guest parking!
- You only pay for the electricity bill (usually $20-30 in summer). Water, trash, and Internet are free.
- Move-in date is flexible (any date from May15-31 is ok)
- The room is very spacious for storage.
- Original rent is $560, now is $450
- Microwave oven and refrigerator are included.
Cons:
- Unfurnished (I'll move out with my bed and desk).
