Introduction
Corporate governance has been a very successful concept through centuries. But will this concept be yet sustainable in the digital era, during the time of technological and managerial disruption? How will this concept transform under the pressure of new economic, social and ecologic challenges? The Book cover all the main aspects of the topic: role of corporate governance in the society, corporate law transformation, technological shifts and their influence on decision making, perception of human resources vs human capital, transformation of business education, etc. We create a futuristic book about challenges and opportunities of corporate governance system in the Digital Era. The authors will be the most experienced researchers and practitioners so they would share their valuable knowledge on these topics.
Objective
The main objective of the Book is to analyze the main consequences and possible scenarios of corporate governance transformation under the pressure of new technologies and economic changes. This book will summarize the concepts, mechanisms, trends, forecasts of corporate governance development in the Digital Era.

Submission Procedure
Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before Apr 18, 2019, a chapter proposal of 700 to 4000 words clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. Authors will be notified as soon as possible about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines. Full chapters are expected to be submitted by May 22, 2019 and all interested authors must consult the guidelines for manuscript submissions at http://www.igi-global.com/publish/contributor-resources/before-you-write/ prior to submission. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.
