The Department of Management at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse invites applicants for a full time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position beginning August 26, 2019. A typical semester includes two preparations with a nine-hour teaching load and typical class sizes of 25-35. Required qualifications:
Applicants should have or be near completing a doctoral degree in Management or a related field by the start date. Degree must be earned by the first personnel review, no later than May 15, 2020.  Evidence of ability to teach International Management and related courses is also required.

Preferred qualifications:
Successful candidates will demonstrate evidence of high quality teaching potential, ability and commitment to conduct high quality research consistent with AACSB International accreditation standards, and a willingness to engage in university and professional service. Prior peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience and/or work experience related to international management is desirable.

Full consideration will be given to complete applications received by March 25, 2019 and the position will be open until filled. The target start date is August 26, 2019, but if a candidate is hired for a January, 2020 start, the degree must be earned by December 15, 2020.
