Please see attached for our submission guidelines, a final checklist, and a sample chapter for your reference. *Submission Guidelines * *Text:* - The text must be created in MS Word, with 1 inch margins, in 12 pt. Times New Roman font. - Please *do not* format the chapters; we will do all typesetting and layout as part of the production process. - All *Front Matter *will need to be included with your final manuscript. This should include a Table of Contents, Editor/Contributor Biography, and Preface. (A Dedication, Acknowledgements, and Foreword may also be included, but are optional) - Please include all captions within each chapter and be sure to incorporate source and/or permission lines in the captions as necessary. *Figures:* - Please submit all figures apart from the chapter text; figures *must not* be embedded in the text. - All figures must be submitted as *separate high-resolution files* (eg, .jpeg, .tiff, .eps, .gif.) - Please be sure that figures are correctly labeled and match exactly what is in the text. - Please note that figures *must not *be submitted in MS word documents as these are compressed and low resolution, and therefore do not meet production standards for printing. - There must be a callout in the text for the figure to indicate positioning - All images, maps, photographs, and line art must be labeled *Figures* . *Tables:* - Tables may be labeled as tables - There must be callouts for the tables in the text - Tables are to be placed within the chapters.
