*** SAVE THE DATE: May 30 – June 2, 2019 *** Georgia State University’s Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) is pleased to announce the 2019 International Business Pedagogy Workshops, to be held May 30 – June 2, 2019 at GSU’s Buckhead Center, Atlanta, Georgia. Held since 1992 by a consortium of CIBERs (Centers of Excellence designated by the U.S. Department of Education), International Business Pedagogy Workshops have trained hundreds of business faculty from around the U.S. and other countries. These interactive workshops are designed to expose faculty to content, pedagogy, and resources for teaching international business. Come meet others passionate about teaching and interact with master teachers. Take home much inspiration and a rich bundle of teaching materials you can use in your classroom! Plenary workshops: * Insights from Master Teachers (featuring seasoned IB educators) * Designing and Teaching the Introductory IB Course * Instructional Technology and Resources for Teaching International Business * Teaching Effectiveness: What Does Research Show? Thematic workshops (Breakout sessions): * Introduction to International Business (Roberto Garcia, Michael Pustay, Attila Yaprak) * International Management (Leigh Anne Liu, Liesl Riddle, Vicky Bamiatzi) * Essentials of International Finance for IB Educators (Hakan Saraoglu, Kostas Bozos) * International Entrepreneurship (Patricia McDougall, Manuel Serapio) * International Marketing (Erin Cavusgil, Emin Civi, Erkan Ozkaya) Bonus workshops: * Research in International Business (Tamer Cavusgil, Seyda Deligonul) * Teaching Pedagogy (P.
