linking agriculture systems to development policy

international agriculture minors

This month-long program is designed to provide students exposure to tropical agriculture systems
and build students' understanding of critical issues faced by agriculture-oriented developing societies
It features a combination of classroom lectures, field visits, and stakeholder/
community interactions. Those students with interests in international
development, agricultural and rural development, globalization, gender
studies, and political and social change are strongly encouraged to attend.
Earn course credit or fulfill your internship requirement!
 
Program fee $2,300
includes all in-country lodging and transportation expenses, and most meals
