Dear Colleagues Nepal- located in between India and China- changed its political status from autocratic kingdom to democratic; unitary system of government to federal republic nation. The Government of Nepal is in the process of crafting National plan to all sector of economy of the country. In order to develop realistic national plan, the Government formed Human Resource Projection Team for the projection of Human Resources to all sectors of Economy of the Country. I would like to request to the colleagues who have previous experience on National Human Resource Projection to share their documents, reports, and work in progress.
