Call for Conference Venue Proposal

While we are all looking forward to the next Conference of the EuroMed Academy of Business, we would like to look timely ahead for planning for the following conferences.

We would therefore like to encourage potential host universities for future Conferences (for years 2019-2020) to submit a letter of intent to [log in to unmask] and [log in to unmask] 

Our goal is to create a friendly and approachable academy and environment, a strong network, whereby its members (including senior worldwide scholars, young faculty members, doctorate students, researchers and business practitioners) are supporting, guiding and mentoring each other. Some of the conference academic distinctions are:

A.                 ISBN Conference Book of Proceedings with an ISSN for the book series which is approved for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index of Clarivate Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters);

B.                  Research and teaching teams that have attracted large EU budgets.

C.                  Various publications opportunities (including also over 30 special issues in top tier journals every year)

D.                  Book series edited by EMRBI editors, at leading publishers: 1. Routledge, Taylor and Francis Group; 2. Palgrave Macmillan, Springer International Publishing; and 3. Emerald Publishing;

E.                  Participation of world well-known leading scholars

F.                   Getting access to top tier journal publications and books series with leading publishers connected to the conference;

Some process, steps and involvement of the host university and organizing committee:

• The organizing committee and conference chairs from the host university are involved in any step that they want, such as scientific committee, being track chairs, submitting papers or abstracts, conference programs (session chairs, discussants, etc. etc.)
• The conference, the organizing committee members and the university details are distributed to about 40000 academic and business people around the world.
• From past experience, host universities received sponsorships from local and national private and public organizations, including Google, food and wine organizations, banks, communication industry, governmental agencies, etc.
• Host universities increase and strengthen their elationships with local and national business and governmental institutions.
• Similarly, host universities created connections with various media channels such TV, newspapers, radios, etc.
