in 2002, with significant investment from the University, and led by the Dean, Professor Julia Balogun, the School is well positioned to further enhance its national and international standing, giving particular emphasis over the next period to developing
world-class research activity. ULMS has 170 academic staff who enjoy a strongly collegial, research-supportive, and intellectually stimulating interdisciplinary environment. Faculty within the School operate in five subject groups (Accounting and Finance;
Economics; Marketing and Operations; Strategy, International Business and Entrepreneurship; Work, Organisation and Management), but adopt a distinctive, highly collaborative approach, working in interdisciplinary teams which span the School and University.

programmes from the newly developed UoL London Campus in Finsbury Square. Globally, the School continues its partnership with the International Business School Suzhou (IBSS) at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, in Suzhou, China. The School’s global presence
is further enhanced through its suite of postgraduate online programmes.
The Strategy, International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) Group is now seeking to appoint five new colleagues at the level of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (equivalent to Assistant/Associate Professor) in International Business, Strategy
or Entrepreneurship. The individuals appointed will play a central role in the continued growth of the School and contribute to core objectives for research and teaching across the SIBE Group.
Candidates will possess a relevant PhD and have an emerging track record of top-level publications (Lecturer position) or an existing track record of top-level publications in the relevant fields over a number of years (Senior Lecturer
position). Candidates will also be able to evidence future research plans demonstrating a capacity to sustain and extend the existing high level of output. In addition, the School seeks excellence in all aspects of the student experience and for individuals
with a passion for innovative pedagogies and the capacity to create and deliver new and highly contemporary modules.

The salary ranges are as follows:
· Lecturer £39,992 - £50,618 per annum (Grade 8)
· Senior Lecturer £52,132 - £64,080 per annum (Grade 9)
