房子在Okemos靠近Okemo Rd，紧挨Knob Hill Apartment（1bed 1bath要725起）, 开车只要十来分钟。如果你没车也没关系，小区门口23路，十几分钟可到学校。附近的治安非常好，距离超市，各种餐馆，加油站和I96高速也非常近！

A finished walkout basement is available in a two-story condo, which has wonderful features. It will be available starting from August 2018. Extended lease is also available.
You will have the entire newly painted lower level (570 sqft), including a bedroom with egress window (a bed, a desk, a chair and a dresser will be provided by the time you move in), a full bathroom, a family room with a slider to the patio. It is just like a 1 bed 1 bath apartment!
On the first floor (738 sqft), we will share a fully furnished (50’’ TV, sofa, etc.) great room and a full kitchen (with stainless steel fridge, microwave and oven). A parking space in a two-car garage is provided, which is great for winter time in Michigan! I will live on the second floor so both of us will have lots of privacy and space.
This condo is located close to the Okemos Rd, right next to the Knob Hill Apartments. It is only about 10-minute drive to campus. Don’t worry if you don’t have a car. CATA bus stop (route 22 and 23) is within 5-minute walk and it only takes 10 to 20 minutes to go to MSU.
