The Global Business School Network, Strathmore Business School and the Chandaria School of Business, USIU are calling for contributions to an exciting international forum addressing important challenges and opportunities related to transforming traditional sectors through educating entrepreneurial leaders.
The 2018 GBSN Annual Conference will focus on how innovative, interdisciplinary and collaborative ways of educating entrepreneurial leaders can transform traditional sectors, including Mining & Oil, Agriculture, Tourism and Healthcare. The conference will feature global experts and regional innovators who are driving change in sectors that are critical to development of countries around the globe, but also too often entrenched in outdated ideologies and practices. The agenda will focus on four broad enablers of entrepreneurial leadership: Technology & Big Data; Responsible Leadership; Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration; and Teaching the Tools of Innovation.
The conference will be co-hosted by Strathmore Business School and the Chandaria School of Business, USIU-A in Nairobi, Kenya November 7-9, 2018.
All submissions should address at least one (1) of the traditional sectors identified and at least one of the sub-themes. Session proposals should be submitted through the online system by June 30, 2018.
