Having secured a large research grant from the U.K. ESRC, I am advertising a three year post-doc position. The focus is on the links between inward investment and productivity so anyone interested must have good econometrics skills. Experience either in location modelling or productivity analysis would be an advantage, but anyone with a willingness to transition into those areas would be welcome to apply.

All details here, https://www.jobs.ac.uk/job/BKF791/research-fellow-100082-068/

but to save time, a few FAQs:

No it won’t fund a PhD.
You do not need to be a U.K. citizen.
If your PhD is expected soon, that is fine.
Start date is essentially ASAP

Many thanks.
