小区常年热水供应，冷水为直饮水；房租包含水暖气网费$735，两人share, 家门口22路公交到学校便利快捷，学校22.23路下
车就到家。
购物方便：距离Meijer, Macy‘s, Wallmart, Kroger, Target, Marshall等大超市、
购物场所很近。步行10分钟。
