Keynote: Professor Peter Buckley, Leeds University Business School
Invest in your professional development by participating in
the 2018 International Business Pedagogy Workshops
hosted by Georgia State University’s Center for International Business Education and Research on
May 31 -
June 3, 2018 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Sponsored by a consortium of CIBERs (Centers of Excellence designated by the U.S. Department of Education), these hands-on, interactive workshops
have trained hundreds of faculty from around the U.S. and other countries. The workshops are designed to assist business
faculty improve their practical knowledge and skills for teaching international
business.
This year’s keynote speaker is Professor Peter Buckley, distinguished professor and founder director, CIBUL and the Confucius Institute, Leeds
University Business School. He will give a talk titled: “Can theory inform strategic management and international business education and learning?” Professor Buckley will interact with the participants throughout the four-day event.

This session
allows all participants to share their innovative classroom teaching practices with others. Top three selections
