Dear Colleagues: The first annual University of Houston-Downtown and Can Tho University International Economics and Business Conference was held in January 2017 at Can Tho University, Can Tho, Vietnam. The feedback from presenters was highly positive. Therefore, it is with great pleasure that the second annual University of Houston-Downtown and Can Tho University International Economics and Business Conference has been scheduled for May 31 and June 1, 2018. This year the conference will be held at the University of Economics and Law in the Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) area. This year's location is convenient to Ho Chi Minh City and its Tan Son Nhat International Airport. There is excellent airline service to and from all of Vietnam and Asia from this airport for the convenience of those conference attendees who want to include visits to other parts of Vietnam and Asia as part of their conference trip. Enclosed is the Call for Papers for this year's conference. Please submit your work for consideration for presentation at this year's conference. All papers will be double-blind peer reviewed. All presented papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings. In addition, the article review committee will identify the best papers (in English) and request the authors of those papers to resubmit a manuscript for possible publication in the Southeast Asia Review of Economics and Business (ISSN: 2472-9299-Print and 2472-9302-Online) (http://sereb-journal.org), a peer-reviewed publication indexed in the Cabell's Directory. We would appreciate very much if you could please forward this email to your colleagues and graduate students. The conference is very affordable again this year and the location is exciting and convenient. Please be mindful that the Paper Submission Deadline is Monday April 30, 2018.
