The
Department of Management in Western Kentucky University invites
applications for a tenure-track position in Strategy and Organizational
Management starting August 15, 2018.
Ph.D. or nearly completed Ph.D. degree from an AACSB accredited institution in strategic management, organizational management, or related field is required.
Anticipated
teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and graduate courses in
strategic management, organizational management, and other related
areas. The successful candidate will have demonstrated capability for
high-impact scholarly research and excellent teaching in an environment
where collaboration and collegiality are valued. Service to the
department, college, university, and the profession is expected.

The Management Department currently has 19 full-time faculty members. The department supports four undergraduate concentrations—business administration, human resource management, entrepreneurship, and international business—and an MBA program. (https://www.wku.edu/management/)
The Gordon Ford College of Business is AACSB accredited in both business and accounting and currently offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in various business majors. The Management Department houses the largest number of majors within the College, and is one of the largest programs on campus.
