Dear colleagues, Please consider the included Job ad: TOULOUSE BUSINESS SCHOOL (TBS) Toulouse, France Assistant/Associate Professor Human Resource Management (HRM) / or HRM and Corporate Social Responsibility The Department of Human Resource Management and Responsible Organizations of Toulouse Business School is seeking to fill in two faculty positions in HRM to maintain and develop its reputation for excellence in research and high quality teaching. Ability to teach CSR would be a plus. These positions will remain open until filled. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidates will have a PhD, demonstrate an active research agenda, a solid record of publications and/or the recognition of her/his research at an international level (Associate Professor or Professor position) and the potential to publish in leading academic journals (Assistant Professor position). The research pipeline will be considered for both the junior and the senior candidates. Applicants need to be ready to teach and coordinate different courses - exclusively in English for the first position, and possibly in French for the second - from bachelor to postgraduate, and to be active actors of the pedagogical improvement. The favorite candidates are open-minded and are able to work as members of a team with an interdisciplinary approach: we are open to original thinkers and innovators. Our group is diverse in terms of cultural backgrounds and we enjoy working in an international environment. ABOUT THE SCHOOL: Toulouse Business School (TBS) was the first French business school outside Paris area to obtain AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA accreditations. The School has five campuses: Toulouse, Paris, Barcelona (Spain), London (UK) and Casablanca (Morocco). It has a core "Grande Ecole" Program, lasting three years with roughly 700 students entering each year, which delivers a Master in Management. There are more than twenty specialized Master programs, an MBA program, and an executive program.
