Subject: Telecom Self-Service Portal
The telecom “self-service portal” is working again. This means users can log in to it to change their campus Avaya Aura Messaging voicemail passwords and to change from Basic to Standard (unified messaging) style voicemail box.
Users can also use the portal to reset their own Avaya softphone (Equinox) password.
