The Management and International Business Department at Florida International University’s College of Business invites applicants for two positions as a
tenure track Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. Both positions are in the area of
International Business:

The first seeks the added ability to teach courses in either Strategy or Entrepreneurship.

The second seeks the ability to teach courses in Cross-Cultural Management.
Required qualifications include (1) a Ph.D. in Business Administration or a related field, (2) a demonstrated ability to publish research in premier management and international business journals, and (3) a demonstrated
ability to effectively teach undergraduate, masters, doctoral and executive education courses in the aforementioned areas. Teaching excellence is expected, and teaching responsibilities for both positions will be primarily at the graduate level and will include
executive education and offshore opportunities. Compensation is highly competitive and includes numerous supplemental resources.
The College of Business, and particularly the International Business programs, at FIU are recognized as being among the best in the United States. The College has established international prominence through partnerships
with over thirty distinguished foreign universities, an advanced study abroad program, and offshore MBA programs. Our IB program is ranked in the top 7 undergraduate programs in the nation. Our faculty and doctoral students maintain strong commitments to the
