I want to sublease a one bedroom one bathroom apartment which is located in
Okemos. The apartment is very spacious and bright.  The apartment has its
own washer and dryer. The apartment complex is very safe and has tennis
court, gym, and swimming pool. The apartment is very close to grocery
stores and shopping mall, like Aldi, Walmart and Meridian Mall. You can
walk to these stores. There are quite a few restaurants, where you can
enjoy Chinese, Japanese and American cuisines. The apartment is on the CATA
bus lines, which you can take to go to MSU or Lansing. The apartment also
comes with a carport that saves a lot time to clean and sweep snow on your
car. The apartment is within Okemos School District, which is helpful for
family with kids who need to attend schools.



I have lived in the apartment for 9 months. Sublease starts from the mid of
September 2017 to November 30th 2017. If you are willing to live in the
apartment after the sublease, you can renew the contract with leasing
office.
