Join the Michigan Farm to Institution Network for a peach orchard tour and discussion at Phillips Orchards in Clinton County on August 18th!

WHAT: A Cultivate Michigan Stone Fruit Tour

WHERE: Phillips Orchards, St Johns, MI 1174 W Gratiot County Line Rd., St Johns, MI 48879

WHEN: August 18, from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

COST: Free, but registration is required. Please register by August 11th.

This tour will highlight one of Cultivate Michigan’s summer foods, stone fruit (Peaches), and showcase many elements of this diverse operation, including:

  • A welcome from Cultivate Michigan and local hosts including a mid-morning snack (coffee, donuts, cider, and peaches)
  • A guided tour of the peach orchard (handicap accessible) and Q & A with owners
  • Observation of peach harvest in progress.
  • A history of the apple cider mill and bakery
