Join us for this information packed, hands on workshop that will be all about Brassicas - one of the most critical vegetable families to the small scale vegetable farmer.

Presented by two farmers with more than 25 years of combined organic and sustainable vegetable farming experience in wholesale & direct market production.

The day will cover variety selection, production, management and marketing of  brussel's sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, chinese cabbage, collards, kale & kohlrabi with possible forays into turnips, mustard and rutabegga.
Lunch and snacks provided.
