The Strategy, International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) group within ULMS is now seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer & Lecturer who will help to grow the thriving entrepreneurship research agenda, covering issues as innovative entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and the relational view of entrepreneurial ventures. Some members in the group focus on the interactions of entrepreneurs in his/her environment, such as the eco-system, the region, the supply chain or within (corporate) incubators. Others favour studies at the interfaces of Entrepreneurship and Strategy and Entrepreneurship and International Business.
Candidates for the Lecturer role (Grade 8) will possess a relevant PhD (or be about to obtain) in the area of Entrepreneurship and Family Business/Small Business Management. Candidates for Lecturer will demonstrate an embryonic track record of publications in world-leading or internationally excellent journals in the field, such as Journal of Business Venturing, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal and Entrepreneurship, Theory and Practice. For appointment at the Senior Lecturer (Grade 9) level, candidates will have an existing track record of top-level publications over a number of years. In both cases, candidates will be able to evidence future research plans demonstrating a capacity to sustain and extend the existing high level of output. Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate a successful teaching track record commensurate with the post as they will teach in the undergraduate and/or postgraduate programmes.
