Please see the attached job description for a Hunting Heritage Program Manager with Pheasants Forever & Quail Forever. John Linquist, currently our Hunting Heritage & Shooting Sports Program Manager, will soon begin to focus on our Shooting Sports program, while this new position will focus on our Hunting Heritage program. Some of the duties of this new position include: * Develop, administer and evaluate PF/QF learn-to-hunt and hunter recruitment, retention and reactivation (R3) strategies. * Cultivate and maintain partnerships with state agencies and key conservation groups that initiate pilot hunter R3 programs to target youth and adult onset hunters. * Serve as PF/QF hunter R3 expert and representative in the hunter R3 community. * Develop and provide training modules for hunter R3 delivery to volunteers, partners and PF/QF staff that share best management practices for program delivery. * See attachment for full description of duties and requirements.
