The School of International Business Administration at Shanghai University
of Finance and Economics (SUFE) is seeking outstanding candidates to fill
several full-time positions starting from September 2018. Applications and
nominations are now invited at all levels (Assistant, Associate, and Full
Professor) in Strategic Management, International Business,
Entrepreneurship, Technology and Innovation Management, Human Resource
Management and Organizational Behavior.
Qualified candidates for the assistant professor positions should possess a
Ph.D. degree, or near completed Ph.D. degree (completed no later than August
2018), in related fields from an AACSB accredited institution or other
related departments from prestigious universities. Successful candidates
should have an outstanding research record or demonstrated potential to
publish in top-tier management journals. In addition, applicants have to
show evidence of teaching excellence at undergraduate and/or graduate-level.
For senior positions (Associate and Full Professors), a strong record of
published research in top-tier management journals and a demonstrated strong
teaching record is required. Appointment with tenure requires formal review
processes.

international journals in management such as Academy of Management Journal,
Journal of Applied Psychology, Strategic Management Journal, Management
Science, and Organization Science.

Candidates applying for the tenure-track positions should be prepared to
submit a full application by 15 October 2017 consisting of: (1) a letter
with their research and teaching statement, (2) a CV, (3) a job market
paper, (4) evidence of teaching ability (if applicable), and (5) three
