CALL FOR BOOK CHAPTERS
Management, Leadership and Marketing of
Universities and Colleges of Higher Education:

Global and Local Perspectives

In this highly competitive dynamic global environment, effective leadership
and management as well as marketing are vital for running universities and
colleges successfully. There is a dearth of literature dealing with
management, leadership and marketing of universities and colleges of higher
education. The major objective of this proposed book is to have an
excellent collection of book chapters from leading academics, scholars and
practitioners around the world. Chapters will cover research papers,
principles, and models vital for improving performance of higher education
institutions in this ever changing world.

The book is designed to be an important reference in the field of
management, leadership and marketing of universities and colleges of higher
education. The target market will include university and college presidents,
chancellors, vice chancellors, deputy vice chancellors, trustees,
executives, board members, provosts, deans, head of schools, head of
departments/chairs, directors, administrators and managers who are
constantly finding their institutions under pressure to improve performance
by becoming more effective and efficient. The book will also be useful for
consultants, professors, lecturers and graduate students looking for
contemporary literature in the areas of management, leadership and marketing
of universities and colleges of higher education.
