Hi all, A reminder that the deadline for KBS LTER fellowships is less than a month away (Feb 10). Information on fellowships, including application requirements is at: http://lter.kbs.msu.edu/getinvolved/grantsandfellowships/ Available: One Full Year Fellowship (Ph.D.) This is a yearlong fellowship, beginning in Fall 2017 with a total award of $45,000 (to include up to 3 credits for each of Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 semesters and 1 credit for Summer 2018 semester). The fellowship is open to current MSU Ph.D. candidates interested in or currently conducting research in association with the KBS LTER Program (http://lter.kbs.msu.edu). Residency at KBS is not required, nor is preexisting engagement in KBS LTER research, but applicants must have passed their comprehensive exam prior to the application deadline. Two to four Summer Research Fellowships (Ph.D., Masters) A small number of summer fellowships are available, each with a total fund of $5,000 or $10,000 (to include up to 1 credit for Summer 2017 semester). These fellowships are open to Masters and PhD students interested in or currently conducting research in association with the KBS LTER Program (http://lter.kbs.msu.edu). Applicants must be graduate students currently enrolled at MSU. Ph.D. candidacy is not required, nor is KBS residency or preexisting engagement in KBS LTER research.
