Due to I will be graduated in the spring semester, I am looking for sub-leasers to take over
my lease at Castle Pointe apartment starting from 12/18/2016. My rate is 760/month which
was already $100 reduced per month. The price is basically $380 per person if you get 2.
There is a 24 bus stop in front of the building. And there is a shelter parking spot so you
don't have to worry about the coming snowing semester.
The lease ends until June, you do not have to worry about the summer payment at all. But if
want to keep it longer than that, it's easy to renew it.
