The Washburn Ranger District of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest will soon be advertising to fill a permanent, full-time GS-0408-9 Ecologist.  More information about this opportunity can be found within the attached outreach notice.

This position will be located on the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest with a duty station of Washburn, Wisconsin.  This position offers a challenging career opportunity for an individual seeking experience on a busy and complex National Forest that is rich in natural and cultural resources. The Ecologist is responsible for representing botanical and ecological resources while providing technical and programmatic input and field support to the District Ecology, Botany, and Wildlife Programs.
