I'd like to find more documentation, such as a user manual. Microsoft doesn't seem too keen on pushing this.
We've started experimenting with the LTS branch for our catalog only computers. For those who don't know it - Group Policy is simpler and there are some LTS specific settings. LTS doesn't include the Windows Store, Cortana, Microsoft Edge, Calendar, Camera, Clock, Mail, Money, Music, News, OneNote, Sports, and Weather. It also doesn't get any but serious updates.
