my lease in college towne.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, rent $340 per month.
Electricity bill ~$30 in
winter, ~$15 in summer. Also there is a nice gym on site. Current lease ends in 2017 July.
Move in available from 2017 Jan 1st (negotiable). Roommates are both Phd, very quite and
easy-going.
Convenient public transportation (bus route 20), or 10-15 min drive to campus.
