Human Resource Management Journal is a scholarly journal that seeks to promote the understanding of HRM to academics and practising managers. HRMJ aims to promote the theory and practice of HRM, to provide an international forum for discussion and debate, and to stress the critical importance of people management to a wide range of economic, political and social concerns. Since 2006, HRMJ has broadened its editorial scope to become more globally orientated and has strengthened the international character of its Editorial Team and Board. Journal Reputation & Rankings: HRMJ is ranked 4 in The Chartered Association of Business Schools' Academic Journal Guide 2016, and 'A' in the Australian Business Deans Council Journal Rankings List. According to the ISI Journal Citation Reports, HRMJ is ranked 6/26 in Industrial Relations and Labor and 71/192 in Management. The current impact factor is 1.845.
