Dear Colleagues, *Apologies for cross-posting* Multinational Business Review<http://www.emeraldgrouppublishing.com/mbr.htm> publishing and editorial teams are very pleased to introduce you to the new Editorial Team of the journal. Professor Daniel Shapiro and Professor Chang Hoon Oh, both from Simon Fraser University, Canada, have been appointed Co-Editors of the journal. Chang Hoon Oh is Professor of International Business at the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University. He was the Inaugural Alan Rugman Visiting Fellow at Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK for 2015-2016. Dr. Oh received his PhD degree (2007) from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Bloomington. His research centers on internationalization strategy, business continuity/sustainability, and globalization versus regionalization. He also proceeds to interdisciplinary works and bridges between business and economics and between business and political science. He has published more than 40 articles in peer reviewed journals in business, economics, and political science, and his works appear in journals such as Multinational Business Review, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, and Global Environmental Change. Daniel M. Shapiro (PhD, Cornell) is Professor of Global Business Strategy at the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University. He has worked for forty years as an educator, researcher, and academic administrator. Most recently, he was Dean of the Beedie School of Business. As an academic, he has published five books and monographs and over eighty scholarly articles on international business and strategy, corporate ownership and governance, foreign investment and MNEs, industrial structure, and various aspects of public policy. His research has been published in Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Management and Organization Review, and International Journal of Industrial Organization, among others. His articles have been cited over 5000 times. His article with Peter Klein, and Jeff Young on Board Independence and Family Firms was published in Canadian Investment Review as Winner of the 2004 Barclays Global Investors Canada Ltd. Research Award. In 1995 and again in 2002 he was awarded the TD Canada Trust Teaching Award, and in 2014 was named the Academy of International Business (AIB) Educator of the Year. Following their appointment, Chang Hoon and Daniel have already updated the aims and scope of the journal, in agreement with the updated international Editorial Board<http://www.emeraldgrouppublishing.com/products/journals/editorial_team.htm?id=mbr>: Multinational Business Review publishes high quality and innovative peer-review research on the strategy, organization and performance of multinational enterprise (MNE), international business history, geography of international business, and the impact of international business on economic growth and development. The title seeks strong conceptual studies, contributing to the advancement of theories and frameworks, and sound empirical work, whether qualitative or quantitative, suggesting managerial, economic or government policy recommendations. The journal encourages replication studies that contribute to our understanding of the reliability and validity of current knowledge. Finally, Multinational Business Review welcomes proposals for perspectives pieces that offer critical and challenging viewpoints; surveys of the literature particularly those that use new and innovative bibliometric methods; and special issues on topics of relevance to Multinational Business Review.
