Hi Helen,

I am very interested in the bedroom and hope to move in on July 29 for at
least 6 months. I am a male doctoral student at MSU, clean and easy-going.

By the way, how much will be the utilities for every month? If you could
send me a detailed address of the house and let me know if it is possible
for me to rent the bedroom, I will appreciate it very much.
