Dear IB colleagues,

If you have not yet registered for the AIB 2016, your window will close on June 10. Here is the registration link https://aib.msu.edu/events/2016/Registration.asp

If you are in the early stages of your doctoral program, and wondering if AIB is a conference to attend, let me give you three reasons. One, you will meet scholars from all disciplines who are exploring issues that are influenced by globalisation of businesses, technology and people.  Two, you may find your thesis topic by blending in what you are passionate about, and the state of the art research questions posed by the presenters. Three, you have more than a dozen sessions that touch on research methods, and interesting panels on crafting your research, emerging methodologies, and publishing.

If you are a teaching faculty, and wondering what the conference can do for you? There are several panels and papers that apply specifically for teaching International Business. Here are some interesting topics you can explore: Use of experiential learning in IB, Orchestrating international discovery visits, Excelling in executive education, Effective teaching in undergraduate classes… An award for the best paper in IB teaching. What more?

Hope to see you in New Orleans, June 24th!

Charles
