Title: Outage effecting certain services for the Avaya Campus PBX

 

A server that is used to send out unified messaging emails and process outbound messages for AACC call center users is currently offline due to a set of power supply issues.

Technicians are currently working to address the issue.   ETA to restoration is about 3 – 4 hours.

 

Additional services that may be affected :

- Automatic configuration of certain IP phones

- www.telecom.msu.edu website

- AACC call center webchat functionality.

- NFocus Call-center Statistics.
