Hi Chris,

Yeah, my situation is unusual.  I also manage four different MSU login 
accounts, so I have captured multiple LastPass records and I have to 
tell LastPass which one to use for every MSU login.

(Tip:  To log in to two accounts at once, just open a Private browser 
window.  This only works for two logins however.)

Stop the presses!  In the course of writing this reply, I learned that 
the problem happens for only *one* of my LastPass login records!  That's 
really weird because as far as I know I did not change anything, but it 
does look like the problem is entirely on my end and now I need to 
troubleshoot that.  Sorry for troubling you all.
