Dear Colleagues,

Chico State’s Science Education department invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to start August 2016. The position requires a Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Science Education or a Ph.D. in Environmental Science with an emphasis in environmental science education research. Candidates nearing completion of the doctorate may be considered; however, the doctorate must be complete prior to the beginning of the academic year August 2016. Prefer expertise in K-12 teaching experience, elementary, middle or high school teaching credential, experience in teaching science to pre-service teachers. We are considering applications on a rolling basis, so applicants are encouraged to apply ASAP.
