Hello everyone!! I'm looking for a roommate for the next school year 2016 fall to 2017
summer. I'm currently a grad student in MSU. Since I need to work in a school in Lansing, I'm
renting an apartment here. This is a two bedrooms apartment and we will share a bathroom,
living room and a kitchen. The rent in total is $660 including heat. Since I am in a bigger
room, your part of rent will be $310 per month. Other bills would only be network and
electricity. The apartment is furnished so you will have your bed in your room, couch in living
room and a small table in the kitchen. You can park outside the apartment building or pay
another $15 a month for a car port. Pets, however, are not allowed in the building. This is a
nice and convenient area. 127 S is right around the corner so it's only about 10min drive to
MSU campus. It's near Eastwood town center. Grocery stores are about 5mins drive. I'm a fun
person but also need quiet time for rest and study. If you would like a nice and quiet place to
