During this move there will be a brief outage that will affect the entire East Lansing, Grand Rapids, Flint and Detroit campuses. Users on analog or digital phones (Avaya 2410, 2420, 9404, 9408 telephones) will see approximately a 1 minute outage. Calls will not be preserved Users on Avaya IP telephones (Avaya 9610, 9620, 9630, 9650, 9608, 9611, 9621, 9641) will experience approximately a 5 minute outage. Active calls will not be preserved, and the phones will display the message "Discovering" Voicemail will remain active during this outage. All ACD users will need to relogin after this maintenance is complete.
