Hi all, Sorry to bother those who are not interested. I'm graduating this spring and want to sublease one bedroom of a 2-bedroom 1 [1/2] bathroom townhouse in Frandor. The house is furnished, with indoor washer and drier in the basement, and microwave in kitchen. The house also has a small backyard can do BBQ and gardening. The available time is from 5/8 to 6/30 and I’m only asking for $700 for total (including everything--gas, water, electricity, internet). The term is flexible and the price is also negotiable. The location is very convenient and has several plazas nearby. It’s within 10mins walk from Walgreen, ATT, Kroger, Frandor shopping center. And also within 10mins drive to school, speedway gas station, Walmart and Meijer. My roommate is a female graduate student in accounting who is going to move out in June. Therefore you can take over the contract with DTN if you like the place (The contract price will be $940 and NOT INCLUDE water gas electricity and internet).
