Might you be interested in working as Visiting Instructor/Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship at Millikin University in Illinois, USA for one year ?
Job Responsibilities
- Teach in the undergraduate entrepreneurship program including Blue Connection, a student-run retail art venture, and the MBA program as needed.
- Collaborate with the Center for Entrepreneurship, across disciplines, and the larger community (locally,regionally, and nationally) in providing leadership and support in curriculum development, including numerous multi-disciplinary, nationally recognized arts entrepreneurship student-run ventures.
- Conduct relevant scholarship in the field of entrepreneurship.
- Advise and mentor students, both academically and professionally.
- Engage in university, community, and professional service.
Job Qualifications
- Preferably with a doctoral degree in entrepreneurship or related business field. Individuals currently pursuing a post-graduate degree in business and with a track record of teaching entrepreneurship will be considered.
- Entrepreneurial experience or substantial experience in leading and launching a venture within an organization is a plus.
- Evidence of ability to develop external business relationships locally and globally.
- Evidence of the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with faculty, staff, and students from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
