The International Business and Strategy group at the Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK is seeking to appoint an Associate Professor or Lecturer in *Human Resource Management *to assist in the redevelopment of the Human Resources subject area within the MBA programme. Research and teaching experience in related areas of International Business and Strategy will be considered to be an asset. The successful candidate will contribute to the growing strengths and reputation in the International Business and Strategy. The successful applicant will be research-active*, *with the enthusiasm and commitment to play a full part in building one of the world's leading full-service business schools. For the Associate Professor level, a track record for research articles in internationally recognized refereed journals. For the Lecturer level appointment, research is expected to lead to the regular publication of articles in internationally recognized refereed journals. International Business and Strategy contributes to the full range of Henley Business School's programmes, including undergraduate and postgraduate Masters programmes, the world-renowned Henley MBA and its executive programmes.
