Title: Complete outage of Avaya Campus PBX during maintenance window

Comments: On March 31th, 2016 starting at 4:00AM MSU Telecom Systems
will be performing required updates and maintenance to the Avaya
Campus PBX. During this maintenance window ALL users of the Avaya
Campus PBX will experience approximately a 15 minute outage.
Voicemail will be unavailable during this outage.
This outage will affect ALL incoming, outgoing and internal phone
calls. This outage will affect all Avaya telephones at the main East
Lansing Campus, Flint Campus, MSU COM at the Detroit Medical Center,
MSU Detroit, Secchia Center, Sparrow Professional Center, MSU at the
Van Andel Institute and the Community Center for Economic Development.
If users require telephony use during this maintenance window, please
plan for alternative service, such as cellular telephones.
Users of the Avaya ACD system who are normally logged in will need to
login when their shift resumes after this outage.
This notice replaces notice #12842. This notice corrects time for
outage.
