Introduction
Industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology is the scientific study of the
workplace. Rigor and methods of psychology are applied to issues of
critical relevance to business, including talent management, coaching,
assessment, selection, training, organizational development, performance,
and work-life balance. While there is abundant research on I/O psychology
in the extant literature, this publication will incorporate and synthesize
the most recent research advancements and discovery into one volume for
future research and practical application by the target audiences.

Objective
The value of this proposed publication would be to provide business and
government executives, researchers, and graduate students of I/O psychology
with reference material that could be used in strategic human resource
management operations, among other functions such as talent management,
international assignments, securityi strategic planning, and international
management.

Target Audience
The target audience includes business and government executives, graduate
and undergraduate business and psychology students, and
