The Chair of Human Resources Management and Asian Business (Prof. Fabian J. Froese) at Georg-August-University Göttingen is offering the following positions: *Doctoral Researcher / Postdoctoral Researcher / Assistant Professor* for an initial period of two years, with the possibility of extension. The starting date is expected to be 1st September 2016 or earlier at a mutually agreeable time. The salary is in accordance with the German public service salary scale (TV-L E13) with 50% (19.9 hours) or 100% (39.8 hours). The Chair of HRM and Asian Business has a research focus of international HRM and cross-cultural management (for more info see: www.hrm.uni-goettingen.de ). You will become part of an international, research-oriented, and collegial research team. Our researchers have published in major journals and have received numerous international research awards in recent years. The main language at the chair is English. You will have a low teaching load so that you can focus on your research, receive financial support to attend international conferences, and have opportunities to collaborate with other scholars and peers at home and abroad, including possible overseas stays with our multiple, international partners. *Your profile: * - Very good degree in business administration, management, organizational psychology, Asian studies or related fields - Interest in the area of international HRM, related to the research clusters of the chair - Excellent written and oral English proficiency - Strong methodological skills desirable - Applicants for the rank of postdoctoral researcher or assistant professor should have an earned doctorate in a relevant discipline (at the time of appointment) and demonstrated research potential.
