Looking at the matrix, IE 11 is supported for SAP and Kuali with some nuance, just not Cognos. So, the vast majority of users should be OK right? We only have
a handful of management folks that use Cognos, but it is really important. We are running all of EBS in Enterprise Mode in 11 currently. Our Cognos users are not the ones that we are generally having issue with, it is the hiring managers that need to process
those forms that seem the most troublesome. So, maybe they could endorse IE11 w/ Enterprise mode if they tested a bit more.

According to the compatibility matrix for EBS the only version of IE that is compatible with business intelligence module is IE 10.
