I am looking for a female roommate who is preferably also a graduate
student to share a 2BR+1Bath apartment in Haslett in a quiet and safe
area.
The rent is $342 excluding the utility charges that are around $77 in
the winter and $48 in the summer which include gas, 25Mbp internet,
water, sewer, trash and electricity. It?s an extra $20 per month for a
covered car space or free for an uncovered spot.
It?s close to Kroger, ALDIE, Marshall, Target, Walmart and the post
office and about a 15 min drive from MSU.
I am a CMB graduate student so I?m usually pretty quiet and mellow as
I spend a large amount of time studying but I?m also very personable.
I?m easy going, and I prefer to keep everything neat and orderly.
If the commute to the campus is an issue for you I would be happy to
drive you to campus as I work in a lab there every day.
