Attached you will find a position ad for an Academic Program Chair responsible for the oversight and daily operations for the online MA in Organizational Leadership at FIT. The MA in Organizational Leadership is an online program that integrates the science of leadership with the professional development of leadership skills and competencies to develop outstanding organizational and community leaders. This interdisciplinary program incorporates lessons from the public and private sectors and across industries to develop students’ leadership competencies that can be applied in both their professional and personal lives. This is a new program that will launch in fall 2016, providing the Chair with opportunity to have an impact in program development and roll out.
